Dear Reid is getting better. The redness in his eye has subsided. It still looks painful to me though. :( :( I need to stop thinking about my finger poking his eye. I could actually FEEL my finger touching his eyeball. No, make that jabbing. :( I just hope his eye won’t be affected in any way at all. I can’t believe I did that to him. I feel so so bad. ;( But he’s carrying on with his daily life like it’s not a problem at all and I’m happy he is ok. I wish it didn’t happen though… It pains me to know that I’ve caused such an injury to him! ARGH i need to stop this. It was an accident! He is fine, everything’s gonna be ok!

I don’t know if you can understand why I feel such pain. People might not think it’s a very serious injury. The fact is that it’s not. But it still pains and worries me. I am just praying and waiting for his full recovery and that this injury won’t affect him in any way. You don’t know how scared and guilty I was. I don’t care if people think I’m being over dramatic. I just don’t want anything bad to happen to the one I love. :(

But I should stop worrying. We’re very sure that this is just a silly injury that will go away very soon.

So anyway! Convinced by him that he is well and raring to go, we’re going to the Science Centre tomorrow for some edutainment! Sooo excited.

Ok, so no fear! Reid’s ok. He’s a strong man and nothing can bring him down. Do you know he has a very persevering and never say die character? :) :)

I can’t get that image out of my mind… My index finger poking into Reid’s left eye and him covering his eye in pain. :( Seeing the red blotch at the corner of his eye just breaks my heart over and over again. I’m so sorry :’(

We were just playing a game, a game we always play and never once have I thought that something like that could happen… So anyway, I thought it’d be best to visit the doc to make sure everything was ok so we went to get a doc’s opinion. He says it’s a superficial wound and nothing to worry about. The redness should subside within the next few weeks and any pain felt is caused by the tears being in contact with the wound. He thinks I have burst the surface vessels of Reid’s eye. Although it’s nothing serious and he keeps telling me he feels fine, I can’t bear to look at the damage I’ve done :S There’s this part of his eye that has a really red patch and it just makes me scared :( But we’re pretty sure everything’s ok… Thank God his vision is not affected. Thank God it’s just a surface wound. Thank God it’s not the cornea.

All I want for Christmas is Reid’s eye to recover fast and well. And that his eye will not be affected in any way at all. And also for the redness to quickly subside.

I think Reid was really strong throughout the entire process and he doesn’t feel worried even now. I admire your strength and faith, dear :)

1. Flash Forward is my new must-watch! Watched it with Reid this afternoon and we are hooked! A pretty interesting and different concept.

2. A stupid pigeon flew into my house today. My brother was in the living room and he suddenly called me out saying he wanted to show me something. I went over to the living room and he pointed at the p (i can’t bear to type the full word because I’m very scared of them) was happily standing on the ledge of the balcony. I was like shit! don’t fly in! so it stood there happily while i kept staring at it and willing it to fly away but it just didn’t. So guess what it did next? It defecated on the ledge. -.- That p had really gone too far. My brother and Reid tried scaring and chasing it away to no avail. It then suddenly flew away from the ledge, only to come into my house and stand on the tall cupboard in the balcony. Stupid p eventually flew away when my brother went to close the sliding door of the balcony. Do you know their shit is very poisonous?

Anyway. Was a very lazy Sunday today. Though i wished we could have gone somewhere interesting. Like. The zoo. Or science centre.

Went to town after service yesterday and boy was I happy that the Christmas decorations are up! I got even happier when I heard x’mas carols playing from ION (all the way at Tangs!). Christmas makes me very very happy! It makes me feel like Singapore is gonna snow and everyone’s going to be less mean. Hahaha. I <3 Christmas, I really do!

But this year’s deco is quite disappointing, imho. I prefer last year’s candyland theme. So cuuute. This year is quite. Boring? But I guess the mood is still there. If only the whole Orchard could resonate with Christmas carols. *squeals in delight*

Funny. I seem to be blogging less often even though exams are over. The past two days went by in the blur. I can’t believe my last paper was just two days ago.

I’m setting up my blogshop and am very excited about it! It’s called CaramelCove but nothing’s up yet although I’ve done a pair of earrings and I think they’re pretty cute. Quite simple though, nothing too over the top. Even though I’m itching to get more materials and ornaments to make more creative ones. Once everything is up and going, I will post the link here!

I’m gonna try baking after exams. And i’m sure my pastries and what-nots are gonna taste awesome. Haha. I baked muffins once in secondary school and they turned out pretty good. I’m also going to start a blogshop. I mean, i’ve been having that idea for quite some time but i didn’t get around to making it come to pass and i figure this is the best time for me to get it up and going. but it’s not gonna be a clothes blogshop. that’s too common please. details will be released at a later date. so exciting! (nooo. im not gonna sell food either.)

oh did i mention i was so nervous (i think?) for my accounting paper that i developed this very bad stomachache throughout the whole time i was doing the paper. i was so tempted to go to the toilet but didn’t want to waste time. so i just tolerated the feeling of  having diarrhea (which happened every few minutes) for three hours. haha. Torturous! Ok la, thinking back, maybe it wasn’t that bad.

Today’s the 2nd of November! Very happy because the year is coming to an end. And also it’s our 23rd (official) monthsary. Haha. However you call that. We’re not really a monthsary kinda couple but we’re gonna have an unofficial “celebration” in conjunction with the end of my exams! Yay, something to look forward to. :) We haven’t gone out in ages. Like really go out and have fun.

Anyway, I was just thinking how i would want my future bedroom to look like (when my family moves out) and i went to google for inspiration.

So pweety. Haha. I really wouldn’t mind my bedroom looking like this. Sleep and wake feeling like royalty. Haha!

Yes, I do realise that the concept of this looks very different from the purplish themed one above. But I also like my room to be bright and cheery – like this one. And if i could choose, i would want parquet flooring!

1 last econs paper to deal with and I’m done with exams! For this year.

I’m very happy too that it’s the 1st of November today. The year is coming to an end!

So the first paper is over. I’m glad it’s over but not glad about the paper itself. :( How should I put it? Let’s just say it wasn’t what I expected? Haha. Oh well, it’s over. I just wanna do well. Time to move on to accounting. Less than a week to go and I can give my poor brains a rest. I’d choose doing projects over studying for exams anytime! Isn’t it a more practical and hands-on way of showing you understand something? When you put your knowledge into action?
